Data Protection Complaint & Suppression Request

Data Privacy & Complaints

Advanced Client Targeting compiles professional business intelligence from public corporate records, Companies House filings, pension scheme disclosures and other public-domain professional sources. Names, professional roles, business affiliations and similar professional identifiers may still constitute personal data under UK data protection law.

If you are a corporate officer, scheme trustee or other professional contact and wish to query, update or object to the processing of your professional data, you may lodge a formal data protection complaint or suppression request directly with us. We will acknowledge receipt within 30 days and will investigate and respond without undue delay.

How to submit your request

Please email legal@advancedclienttargeting.com with enough information for us to identify the relevant professional record. Please include the following where available:

Full legal nameYour current and, if relevant, previous professional name.
Professional email addressThe address we can use for acknowledgement and outcome correspondence.
Associated company or pension schemeThe sponsor, trustee board, employer or scheme linked to the record.
Request typeSuppression/removal, correction, SAR-related complaint, or general data handling complaint.

Suppression requests

Where a person objects to their professional profile being visible in ACT’s B2B intelligence tools, ACT’s standard operational approach is to suppress the relevant contact details from visibility and outreach workflows rather than merely deleting a raw public-source archive that may later be refreshed.
